Fill out and submit our Order Form to place an order, and send your photographs to us as email attachments.  If you prefer you may send us traditional paper photographs, but we cannot guarantee their safe arrival here. Our address is located on the Contact page. 

We accept payment through PayPal, money order in Canadian dollars, or Canadian dollar bank draft.  We require a 50% deposit at the time of order. When your portrait is complete, we will send a digital image to you via email for approval.  Minor adjustments may be made to the portrait at this time. Once the portrait is approved and your final payment is received, we will ship your portrait to you in a mailing tube.  

Shipping and handling charges by registered mail are included in our prices.  Applicable taxes are not included and will be payable with your final bill.  

Courier service can be arranged for speedier delivery at an additional charge.  The courier charge is dependent upon final destination.

SENDING A DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPH
Digital photographs sent via email should be roughly 880 X 1000 pixels or larger in size so that we can see all of the details clearly.  

SCANNING A PHOTOGRAPH
If you scan a photograph and then send it to us as a digital image via email, the scan must be large (minimum 300 ppi) so that we can print it clearly without pixelation.  A quality scan allows us to see all the details and create equally detailed portraits.

SENDING A PHOTOGRAPH BY MAIL FOR US TO USE DIRECTLY
Send your photograph to the address listed on the contacts page via regular post.  Make sure to enclose your return address, email address and phone number.  We will mail your photographs back to you with your finished portrait.  Mailing a photograph does not necessarily mean that it will be good enough to use for a portrait.
